CHARLESTON — A Charleston man who ran over a woman with his car pleaded guilty to the highest possible level of a domestic violence charge Oct. 5.
Brian Kenneth Harrington Jr., 38, was sentenced to eight years in prison for domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature. Circuit Judge Maite Murphy imposed the sentence.
