CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) -Job seekers had the opportunity to connect with more than 60 career booths Tuesday at Carver Recreation Center, where UVA Pipelines and Pathways hosted its community fair.
Hollie Lee, manager of UVA Pipelines and Pathways, said the goal is to help people find their first job and learn about opportunities available to them.
“What I really hope for folks that are thinking about new jobs, absolutely upon their first job, and they come out, and they learn about the opportunities, they get connected through these pipelines and pathways, so that we can help them grow up and journey,” Lee said…
