Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court Mariyana Spyropoulos will hold her annual Second Chance Summit on Saturday.
The event is a countywide initiative to ensure that the legal right to expungement and record-sealing is not only guaranteed in statute, but accessible in practice to every eligible Cook County resident.
