ROCKFORD — City Council has given the OK for the new owners of a 150-year-old house on the city’s North End to convert the property into a short-term rental option for traveling professionals.
Nathan and Lauren Erb, who bought the property in late June, plan to renovate the two-story yellow house at 2520 N. Main St. and an addition behind it to accommodate 20 single-bedroom occupancy rentals with shared kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities.
