Thirteen bullets fired in approximately one second from a handgun converted to fully automatic gunfire killed a 22-year-old passenger during an ambush — and now the third man charged in the attack has been sentenced.
Frederick Antwan Marks Jr., 26, of Bath, pleaded guilty to third-degree murder, conspiracy to commit third-degree murder, and aggravated assault in the Aug. 31, 2022, killing of Najeer Lane, 22, of Allentown, Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan announced Wednesday, Oct. 7.
