BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The head of a Baltimore City nonprofit that has received more than $4 million in taxpayer money since 2022 resigned this week amid a Spotlight on Maryland investigation into him and his organization.
Garrick Good was first listed as the executive director of the North East Housing Initiative (NEHI) in its 2017 tax form. The nonprofit receives taxpayer money to develop affordable housing projects, including $3.25 million from Baltimore City since 2023 and $835,000 from the Maryland state government since 2022.
