LADSON, S.C. (WCSC) — New documents are providing insight into the month leading up to the deaths of two toddlers in Ladson.
2-year-old Emory and 1-year-old Harlow Deacon were found starved to death last week. Their mother, 31-year-old Justine May, was arrested and charged with two counts of homicide by child abuse.
