CHURUBUSCO – A Churubusco woman has been arrested after hitting a pedestrian with her vehicle.
Alexis Cheyenne Sweazey, 30, 121 Windsor Drive, Churubusco, is charged with causing serious bodily injury when operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a level 5 felony.
On June 26, officers with the Churubusco Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of US 33 and SR 205 for a vehicle-pedestrian accident.
