MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Long lines at the pump are already stacking up as drivers across the Gulf Coast rush to prepare ahead of the storm.
Cars were seen snaking out of the parking lot and spilling onto the road all day at the Costco in Mobile. A similar scene played out at the Sam’s Club locations in both Mobile and Daphne.
Drivers describe the wait
Drivers filling up at Sam’s in Mobile waited more than 15 minutes just to reach a pump.
“Oh my god. I’ve been in line about 10 minutes and from what I see I may be another 20 minutes here. I didn’t realize Sam’s was this packed. I probably would have went somewhere else but I’m going to stick it out here in line and get this good gas. I love Sam’s gas,” said Tammy O’Cain, who was waiting to get gas…
