ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester man who prosecutors described as an armed drug dealer has pleaded guilty to federal drug trafficking and firearms charges, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Prosecutors said Gary Fuller, 31, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribute cocaine, crack cocaine, and fentanyl, as well as possessing firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. The charges carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and a maximum sentence of life.
Authorities said Fuller conspired with several others between 2021 and Jan. 17, 2024, to sell cocaine, fentanyl, and crack cocaine in Monroe County.
