SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. (KEYT) – With the start of the six-month Sidewalk Vending Pilot Program by Santa Barbara County agencies a combined coordinated enforcement has reduced the number of illegal operations.
An outreach and warning period was followed by enforcement.
