Runner dad-of-four collapses and dies during half-marathon as heartbroken tributes pour in – ‘he lived for his kids’

A MARATHONER who died on Sunday has been identified.

Milwaukee Lakefront Half Marathon participant John Meise died at 36 years old after collapsing during the race.

Meise was attended to by medics during the race before being transported to the hospital.
