ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The yellow flag is flying after the green flag was given on the fifth day of the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, which is set to feature the Flight of the Nations Mass Ascension.
The ascension showcases all of the different countries that make Balloon Fiesta “international”. There are 17 different countries, plus the U.S., represented at this year’s Fiesta. They hail from every continent, except for Antarctica.
