NORTH LAWRENCE, Ohio (WJW) — An impressive home that sits on more than 45 acres of land with an indoor pool, ski lake, boat house and guest cottage will hit the auction block later this month in Stark County.

According to KIKO Auctions, the Barkheimer family has owned the estate affectionately known as the Lakeside Manor for more than a decade, but as the family begins its next chapter, there is a rare opportunity for a high bidder to call the resort-style property their very own.

According to the auction listing, the property will be sold at an absolute auction on Oct. 24, meaning there is no minimum price and the home will go to the highest bidder, regardless of how low.

The property will be offered in two parcels. One includes the 8,000-square-foot home and 7-acre ski lake. The other includes 8 acres with a horse barn and fenced pasture.
