The Chapel Hill Town Council is expected to discuss plans Wednesday for a new Fire Station 4 and more than 100 affordable housing units on Weaver Dairy Road Extension.
According to town documents, the proposal would convert the existing Fire Station 4 into affordable housing. A fire training facility next to the current station would be demolished and replaced with a new Fire Station 4.
