FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) – A Lexington man was arrested in Floyd County over the weekend after sheriff’s deputies said he fled from them and drugs were found in his vehicle.
James Brooks, 30, is charged with three counts of wanton endangerment, a count of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, a count of first-degree fleeing and evading, a charge of resisting arrest and traffic violations.
According to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office, deputies attempted to pull Brooks over on Saturday, Oct. 3, but instead of stopping, he sped up and fled.
