Nearly 144,000 square feet of TikTok’s former Nashville office is being offered for sublease at the Moore Building in Midtown, creating a sizable option for companies seeking space near Music Row.
The offering spans floors 12 through 16 at 827 19th Ave. S. Kevin Ziomek and Poff Midgley of JLL’s Nashville office are marketing the space after TikTok announced it was closing its local office and laying off all of its Nashville staff.
