This edition of our Grow Omaha Tasty Burger tour takes us to five more stops in the Greater Omaha area. This time, I took a look at Charred Burger + Bar, Everett’s, Rusty Nail, Corvette Cafe and Jukes Ale Works. As I’d expect, there were a couple of nice surprises and a couple of burgers that leaned a touch dry for my liking.
As you read on, I’d encourage you to remember that sometimes a burger patty has a bad day and gets a touch overcooked. While that’s the case here at a couple of spots that were recommended as local favorites, every stop in this round had great burger potential. As such, I can understand why they’d top someone’s list. On a good day, those burgers would be excellent. You can blame me. My timing might have been off.
