Eugene driver’s BAC measured at .25 after swerving vehicle hits median, tires blow

EUGENE, Ore. — A woman was arrested Thursday for a DUII with a blood alcohol percentage more than three times the presumed legal limit, the Eugene Police Department said.

At 1:04 a.m. October 8, a Eugene police officer witnessed a Subaru speeding and swerving on Coburg Road. The driver then hit a raised median near Oakway and both driver’s side tires deflated instantly.
