Spokane, Wash. — Federal prosecutors announced Joseph Parisien was sentenced on October 5, 2026, to 82 months in prison for an attempted kidnapping tied to the Spokane Tribe Casino in Airway Heights.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said 70 months came from his conviction for attempted kidnapping in Indian Country. Judge Rebecca L. Pennell also ordered a consecutive 12-month sentence for violating supervised release tied to an earlier federal conviction.
