RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — We are one week away from the start of the North Carolina State Fair. This year, one of the biggest attractions might not be a ride but a brand-new food hall.
This is the first new building on the property since 2006, and it sits right in the heart of the fairgrounds. The food/event hall replaced the ‘restaurant hall’ that was torn down about two years ago.
Fair organizers said some vendors are already set to sell food outside the four windows on the building next week…
