CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Crowds gathered Thursday at the Greater Cincinnati Firefighters Memorial Park for the annual Greater Cincinnati Firefighters Memorial, honoring active and retired firefighters who died over the past year.
The ceremony recognized 39 firefighters from the Greater Cincinnati region, including 26 from the Cincinnati Fire Department, who died in the last year.
