Stuart Thomas, formerly a top staffer to Jersey City Mayor James Solomon, will be chief of staff to Councilwoman at-Large Mamta Singh after controversy broke out over crass remarks that led to a short suspension.
“Stuart knows this community block by block, and he has spent years showing up for it. He outworks everyone around him, he knows City Hall from both sides, and he knows how to get things done for residents,” Singh said in a statement.
