Six Arrested in Final Phase of Moses Lake Operation Involving 42 Defendants

MOSES LAKE, WA — Six people were arrested Oct. 7 as authorities carried out eight simultaneous search warrants between Moses Lake and Spokane, completing the final round of arrests in an investigation involving 42 defendants, according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Floyd Young, Eutimio De Padua Contreras, Wilmer Garcia-Marquez, Juan Preciado, Juvenal Herrera-Mata and Cristobal Rios Sostenes were arrested for various offenses, including unlawful firearm possession and distribution of methamphetamine and cocaine. The ATF release did not specify which offenses applied to each person.
