More than a month after 35-year-old Pablo Ortiz was killed in a hit-and-run in East Bakersfield, his family says they are still waiting for answers and wants the driver to come forward.
Ortiz’s family, including his six siblings, honored his life during a memorial service last week. Now, they say they want justice for the crash that took his life and are frustrated with what they describe as limited communication from the California Highway Patrol.
