No appointment needed at new Colorado Springs pediatric clinic

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -A new pediatric walk-in clinic has opened in southeast Colorado Springs to help families access medical care as healthcare leaders report a shortage of pediatricians across El Paso County.

Peak Vista Community Health Centers opened its pediatric walk-in clinic Oct. 1 at 2828 International Circle, Suite 160, near Printers Parkway.

The clinic treats patients from birth through age 21 for common illnesses and minor injuries, including colds, ear infections and stomach problems. No appointment is required, and families do not need to be existing Peak Vista patients…
