EASTON, PA — A 57-year-old Pennsylvania man faces multiple charges after allegedly purchasing industrial equipment with checks that were later stopped.
Jose A. Juarbe was charged with two counts of bad checks and two counts of theft by deception following an incident reported Sept. 29, 2026.
