The Kentucky Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials works to connect Black politicians across the state and engage with Black voters, and a couple Christian County officials were recently appointed as leaders in the organization.
Oak Grove City Council Member Isaiah Spencer was elected to serve as the caucus’ vice president and Christian County Fiscal Court District 1 Magistrate Magaline Ferguson was elected to serve on the caucus’ board of directors.
