Parking dispute at Loxahatchee Wawa ends in gunfire, woman’s arrest, PBSO says

LOXAHATCHEE, Fla. (CBS12) — A dispute over a disabled vehicle parked near the entrance of a Loxahatchee Wawa escalated into a physical confrontation and a gunshot Thursday night, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded about 7:13 p.m. to the Wawa at 15475 Southern Blvd. after reports of a firearm discharge and assault.

Investigators said a woman’s Nissan Sentra had broken down several times after she stopped at the store to use an ATM. Another customer helped push the vehicle into a handicapped parking space, where it was left at an angle because it could not be moved…
