A Kingston native who served under Gen. George Patton and was killed in action during World War II is coming home Friday 82 years after his death.
The remains of Private First Class Albert Marks, identified in April by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), will land at Albany International Airport around 4:50 p.m., according to the agency. Members of his family and a U.S. Army Military Honor Guard and casualty officer will welcome him back to the states.
