Tae Walden Jr., an Oregon Ducks commit, is most known for his elite playmaking abilities, with 247Sports Composite ranking him as the No. 7 athlete in the 2027 class. That exact skillset was on full display on Thursday night as Walden’s Colliersville High School took on Lausanne High School in a matchup between rivalry schools.
Just in the first nine minutes of the game, Walden caught three passes for 126 yards and two touchdowns. Lausanne responded with a touchdown of their own, making the score 14-7 before kicking off to the dynamic Oregon commit. That proved to be a mistake.
Walden caught the ball at the six-yard line and broke towards the right sideline, leaving every defender in his path on his way to a kickoff return touchdown and his third total score of the first quarter. Once Walden reached the end zone, his Dougie-like touchdown celebration drew an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty flag. Unfortunately for Walden, it was his second consecutive unsportsmanlike penalty, as he celebrated on his previous touchdown as well, also drawing a flag.

Walden was ejected from the game, with the referees likely following the rulebook of ejection for two unsportsmanlike conducts but otherwise a disappointing finish to the game for Walden…
