Officers found justified in Oregon shooting that killed suspect, K9 Kylo

Body-camera footage released Thursday from the Sept. 24 police shooting of a homicide suspect and a police dog shows police officers firing their weapons as the suspect pointed a gun at them, with the dog holding the man to the ground.

Officers from multiple agencies were pursuing 39-year-old Eddie Brandon Todd Campbell, of Portland, when they shot and killed Campbell and the police dog, Kylo. Campbell was wanted in a homicide that happened in Gresham earlier in the day.
