On Wednesday, the Westminster City Council will consider a resolution lifting certain measures to punish Councilmember Amy Phan West for past conduct.
West was officially censured by the council in August 2024 for violations of the council’s ethics policy. She frequently clashed with Mayor Chi Charlie Nguyen over her conduct during council meetings.
