TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Shelby Culley was on the Lucas County Child Protection Task Force. Now she’s a part of the team at Lucas County Children Services turning the recommendations into reality.
The community members involved in the task force all had experience with child welfare. They came up with eight recommendations for strengthening Lucas County’s system.
