Police are investigating two separate crashes which left pedestrians dead.
The first happened Friday afternoon around 1:30 when a Jeep Cherokee hit a man riding an electric wheelchair on Philadelphia Pike in Holly Oak, south of Claymont.
State Police believe the wheelchair had left the sidewalk and entered the road for an unknown reason. A 69-year-old Wilmington man was killed. His identity was being withheld until family was notified…
