UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) — Leasing is underway at The Slate Apartments, a new $50 million, 242-unit community in Clermont County’s Eastgate area.
Developer and owner CRG Residential held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the property, located on Rosemary Ave. The community includes one- and two-bedroom apartments.
