WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – A 23-year-old Winter Haven man is facing multiple charges after authorities say he crashed his car, ran from the scene, and later blew more than double the legal alcohol limit.
Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash on Buckeye Loop Road around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 10. When deputies arrived, they found both damaged vehicles but only one driver present.
