Burrito Guyz is preparing to make its Florida debut in Apopka, bringing a menu of customizable burritos, rice bowls and other quick-service options to a growing area of Central Florida.
The restaurant is planned for 2895 Ocoee Apopka Road, Building 2, Suite C, at the Lake Carter Exchange development. According to The Apopka Chief, the location is expected to open in December 2026. Permit records show a restaurant-related application was in process as of October 2, 2026.
The Apopka restaurant will be operated by Paddy Patel’s Investment Group. The Patel family’s plans extend beyond the first location, with a goal of opening 12 restaurants in Central Florida and pursuing additional franchise opportunities across Florida and Georgia, The Apopka Chief reported…
