CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Collinwood Councilman Mike Polensek is upset about four schools closing in his Ward 10, including Collinwood High School and his grade school, Hannah Gibbons-Nottingham Elementary School.
“You can’t keep closing stuff, you can’t keep abandoning the east side of the city and expect our residents to stay,” Polensek told Cleveland City Council. “I expect better and I expect more out of his administration,”
