The Texas Inn turns 91 this week, and it is celebrating the way it does every October: with hot dogs priced to match its age. On Tuesday, Oct. 13, hot dogs will cost 91 cents at all four Texas Inn locations from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
In Richmond, that means the diner at 2901 Park Ave. in the Museum District. The other three locations are in Lynchburg, Cornerstone and Harrisonburg.
