ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A newly renovated hotel is set to open this week in the former International Shoe Company building along Washington Avenue, steps from the City Museum.
The 140-room building was formerly home to the Last Hotel, which closed abruptly last year following a legal dispute involving its former owner and management. SIG Investment has taken over the property, branding it as a Hyatt Centric.
