Federal labor regulators last week issued a formal complaint against Rogers Behavioral Health, alleging the nonprofit illegally fired six workers at a West Allis treatment center during a union drive.
The complaint sets a hearing for December with an administrative law judge where both sides will be able to present testimony regarding the allegations.
