BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — More than 20,000 customers in Kern County are being considered for possible Public Safety Power Shutoffs. This is due to high winds that heighten wildfire risk.
As of Wednesday afternoon, 19,656 SoCal Edison customers are being considered.
