The Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced it has made another arrest in a mass shooting that killed two people and wounded dozens more.
On Wednesday, the GBI and the Dooly County Sheriff’s Office arrested and Kelcey Smith, 36, and Johntavirous Robinson, 40, both of Cordele, Ga.
