Willis Automotive and the Sewell Family of Companies are forming a new partnership as Willis Chairman Rich Willis sells the company to current CEO Jason Willis and Sewell Family member Collin Sewell.
Jason Willis will continue as president and CEO of Willis Automotive, remain an owner alongside Sewell and Rich Willis will retire. The sale is scheduled to close on Oct. 26, a spokesperson said.
