WATERLOO, Iowa — A 55-year-old Des Moines driver died after a vehicle went off Independence Avenue in Waterloo early Oct. 14 and struck a fence and trees, according to an Iowa State Patrol.
The crash was reported at about 1:10 a.m. at 120 Independence Ave., officials said.
