WILLISTON, Fla. (WCJB) – A Williston resident is calling for Mayor Charles Goodman to be removed from office, gathering nearly 300 signatures on a petition over concerns about city leadership.
Joab Penney says those concerns include repeated boil-water notices, increasing utility bills and how city officials respond to residents.
