COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — The Columbus Police Department (CPD) have identified the woman who was injured in a Sunday stabbing incident near Dawson Street, and have arrested her son in connection to what is now a homicide investigation.
According to CPD, officers responded to the 2900 block of Dawson Street around 11 p.m. in reference to the stabbing incident.
When officers arrived, they located the victim, identified as 56-year-old Camille Daniel, suffering from stab injuries. EMS personnel transported Daniel to Piedmont Columbus Regional where she was in critical condition…
