UPMC doctor killed in Harrisburg, her husband charged with first-degree murder

A UPMC doctor was murdered in Harrisburg.

Dr. Julia Pederson died on Saturday. Police say she was strangled to death by her husband, 41-year-old Jonathan Gatto.
