TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Pima County is looking for new ways to address cleanup and safety on The Loop as more users report safety concerns.
The concerns follow a report earlier this week about a man arrested after allegedly attacking a teen on The Loop. After that story, 13 News received emails from Loop riders reporting their own incidents, with many saying teens harassing cyclists and walkers on The Loop happens frequently.
